Award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant Banana Tree is celebrating the opening of their new Stevenage venue by giving away 1,000 FREE Katsu curries.
The restaurant, famous for its delicious Pad Thai, Ramen, Katsu dishes and tasty cocktails, opens its doors on Friday 26th July 2024.
Banana Tree believe they serve THE best Katsu in town, and that’s why they are giving you and your friends the chance to grab the dish for FREE to welcome the new Stevenage restaurant.
If you prefer Pad Thai, no problem, just switch to a free chicken or tofu Pad Thai! There’s 1,000 FREE dishes up for grabs and for fairness this offer can only be used once per person (see terms and conditions below).
The new Banana Tree restaurant is located at the Stevenage Leisure Park and is the first to include a dedicated bar area as well as the restaurant which has 210 covers inside and 35 outside.
This will be Banana Tree’s 21st restaurant in the UK and they couldn’t have secured a better location on a popular retail park. With an all day menu taking you on a tour of South East Asian cuisine, exciting new cocktails including the Banana Tree Daiquiri and Jungle Bird as well as all the classics they know there really is something for everyone.
Th new restaurant features South East Asian inspired artwork, a specially dedicated Delivery and Click and Collect station and an ‘open kitchen’ so guests can book tables in front of the Wok station and see the magic in action!
TUK TUKS will also be around Stevenage during its launch week to give out free samples of Banana Tree’s award winning dishes to the people of Stevenage!

Banana Tree is best known for its mouthwatering Pad Thai and Katsu curry with both Chicken and Vegan options available. The delicious curry features crispy panko coated chicken or vegan bites served with Banana Tree’s mouth-watering katsu curry sauce, rice and edamame.

Banana Tree hand picks the best dishes from Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia to feature on its menu, from soups and salads, to wok-tossed noodles, stir fries and curries, as well as South-East Asia-inspired desserts and cocktails.
Behind the scenes, the team are constantly developing plant-based meat alternatives and testing out recipes so that customers will love them just as much as the originals. Today, more than 40% of Banana Tree’s menu is plant-based.
Founded over 30 years ago in Maida Vale, West London, Banana Tree has since grown to 21 restaurants across London and the South East, and recently expanded into the West Midlands.
