PATRÓN Tequila, set to open the PATRÓN Paloma Ventana – a pop-up tequila window in Covent Garden serving Paloma cocktails in the hours before sunset.
Between 5-7pm on 17th-19th July Londoners will be invited to enjoy complimentary taste of a PATRÓN’s signature Paloma cocktail, served through a specially designed window inspired by the PATRÓN Hacienda and traditional Mexican plazas, a mexican twist on the ‘buchette del vino’ (wine windows) found in European cities.
To celebrate the trending cocktail of the summer – the Paloma – which combines the citrus flavours of grapefruit and lime with PATRÓN Reposado tequila, guests who visit the Paloma Ventana will be able to claim a complimentary cocktail during the hours before sunset, expertly paired with a selection of botanas (Mexican small plates) handcrafted by two Michelin-Starred Chef Tom Sellers.
Chef Tom Sellers, a bold pioneer in the culinary world has thoughtfully curated the Botanas to pair with the flavour profile of the PATRÓN Paloma. Guests will have the choice of three delicious dishes that draw inspiration from Mexican cuisine and Cantinas, including: Pork, Prawn & Pineapple Skewer with Sticky Chipotle Glaze, Jackfruit Barbacoa Taco, and Mango Fro-yo topped with Lime & Chili Syrup & Popping Candy.
In addition, visitors to the PATRÓN Paloma Ventana will receive a one-off token to redeem on a PATRÓN Paloma until National Tequila Day (24th July) at a selection of London’s finest bars, including, Satan’s Whiskers, Aqua Nueva, Side Hustle at NoMad, and Cafe Pacifico** – with each bar offering their own masterful take on the PATRÓN Paloma.
